I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! It's built around a massive man-made lagoon with water activities like water slides, kayaks, and paddle boards, making it super fun. The direct access from the room to the pool was a fantastic touch, although there were a couple of times the room was left unattended, which was a minor inconvenience.
Staying at the Under Tree Cottage was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable but quite small, lacking necessary toiletries and towels. The security box was also outdated. However, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially during the snorkeling excursion. The location, while a fair walk from Cebu city, offered easy access to attractions and a peaceful atmosphere. The dining experience leaned heavily towards Asian flavors. Overall, the hotel grounds were well maintained, making it suitable for families or singles seeking a quiet retreat with various entertainment options.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with a lagoon view, modern rooms, and spacious bathrooms. The service was top-notch, but the location was a bit far from outside dining options. The dining experience left much to be desired, however, the facilities were great.

The rooms are comfortable and provide a quiet corner to unwind, but some areas could use improvement. The service is exceptional, going above and beyond to assist guests, although there are issues with some staff members lacking empathy. The location provides a good balance of activities without being overcrowded, offering a relaxed resort holiday experience.
The hotel is a great place to relax after a long day, offering a beautiful room with all the essentials and fast wifi. However, it can be noisy at times and room service was missed a couple of times in the morning.
The hotel offers a spa package that includes a 50-minute session, but my room wasn't ready upon early arrival. However, once settled in, I was able to find my quiet corner, and the room itself looked even better than in the photos.
